Three minds. One room.

The Panel is your deliberation space. Each column is a Seat — an independent AI running its own engine. Unlike a chatbot, every Seat hears everything said by every other Seat.

02 of 05 — Chair

You direct the room.

As Chair, you form instructions using a sentence: Who → Does → To.

Select one or more Seats in Who. Pick a verb in Does — Respond, Challenge, Dive Deeper, Compare, Diverge. Select targets in To, including Chair to address yourself directly.

03 of 05 — Intern

Your observer. Your aide.

The Intern watches every exchange and updates three lines: Summary, Agree, Disagree. Consensus tracks toward Quorum.

On the right: your private whisper channel. Ask the Intern anything before or after addressing the Panel — it doesn't go to the Seats. Think of it as leaning over to your aide while the room deliberates.

04 of 05 — Quorum

Lock the decision.

When the room converges, call Quorum. You'll see a draft of what the room decided — edit both the title and the copy before it locks. Nothing commits to The Brief without your sign-off.

After locking, choose to start fresh or carry this decision as context into the next discussion.

05 of 05 — Your Brief

Memory that compounds.

Each Folder has one Brief — a living record of every decision this room has reached. It's how you never start from zero.

Below the Brief: Active Discussions. Below those: the Brief Archive — completed Quorums, read-only. From the Archive you can Amend, Replace, or Preload a prior decision as context for new work.

The Brief stays lean. The Archive holds the reasoning.
